Services Description

Universe Numerrology provides numerology consultation services, including but not limited to:

• Lucky number and date selection
• Annual forecast reports
• Other numerology-related services as offered

All services are provided by certified numerologist Vrusshabh Borkarr and are based on numerological principles and interpretations.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

For consultations involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must book the service and be present during the consultation.

Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly
• You must provide accurate personal information including full name, date of birth, and contact details
• Appointments are confirmed only after payment is received
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• By Client: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for refund
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment
• By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund or rescheduling options

Consultation Conduct

• Clients are expected to be punctual for scheduled appointments
• Late arrivals may result in shortened consultation time
• Consultations may be conducted in-person or online via video call
• Recording of consultations is not permitted without prior written consent

Payment Terms

Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price applicable at the time of booking will be honored
• Additional charges may apply for expedited services or special requests

Payment Methods

• We accept bank transfers, UPI, online payments, and cash (for in-person consultations)
• Payment must be made in full before the consultation
• Payment confirmation will be sent via email

Refund Policy

• Before Service: Full refund available if cancelled 48+ hours before appointment
• 24-48 Hours: 50% refund or credit toward future service
• Less than 24 Hours: No refund, but may reschedule once
• After Service: No refunds once the consultation has been completed
• Dissatisfaction: If you're unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days to discuss resolution options

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Numerology is a metaphysical practice and not an exact science
• Our services provide guidance and insights, not absolute predictions
• Results and interpretations may vary from person to person
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or life changes
• Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• All personal information provided during booking and consultation
